Want to start editing themes
Hey everyone,
I'm just bored and I guess I should try making themes for 3.90 m33. I'm not going to do anything big, just change some stuff to my liking. And maybe if they're good enough, I'll release them. So... What tools do I need to make themes, and all that. Just lay it down on me.. :p

RE: Want to start editing themes
Already downloaded it ;)
I read the readme and it said something bout this:
Quote: Note, using FW 2.60 or earlier RCOs on higher firmware may cause
glitches, such as icons not appearing to semi-bricking (eg using a
FW2.50 topmenu_plugin.rco on FW3.1x).
Does the rule still apply or can I just ignore it?

Thanks. Downloaded what I needed. (Just some 3.52 stuff so I can edit stuff and convert for 3.60 M33, and 3.90 stuff)
By the way, vshmain/paf editors doesn't work for 3.90 files. Any way around this?

RE: Want to start editing themes
Oh yea. Forgot about that.
Also, for some files such as 'htmlviewer_plugin.rco', don't you need to edit the corresponding .prx file to make the edited error messages come up? I changed the one where it says about the WLAN switch not being on and it still displays the original message.

I'm curious, do you need to download all those Power Tools? I'm new to this, and right now I have nothing but time since I recently have had surgery, so hopefully I can learn and contribute to the community.

very few rco need to be simultaneously edited with prx. One example is routing your game boot to the ms by editing opening_plugin.prx... for messages, I am working on a theme .... oops!
