Gamestop too? man people are so stupid.. Why would they sue Gamestop... That's not their fault they are just selling the damn console.....

Agreed,

The Xbox is a man made console, It is mass produced one or two will eventually overheat out of the millions made. Some PSU just go dead after 3 months and some others won't. This is not a rare thing with tech products.

I wonder how the girl died. If the Xbox overheated means she was playing when it exploded but I don't think an Xbox would create HELL in a few seconds. Enough time for her to run.. Maybe she left the console on for days unattended? and it exploded while sleeping or something. I don't get how it happened......
