LOL... the dock at the bottom is the main icon and the icons in the center of the screen are the submenu icons....I hope...lol

Since 3.80 offsets can be used in 3.90 except the vshmain and the viz i am not sure,.
i post this file,.. its got almost all offsets found,. Ac_K, Schmilk, gsmoke, me,. and all who already posted here in 3.80 offsets thread,..

there is some new ones in the sysconfg, music player and viz prx lists,..

So basicly these are lists of offsets already posted here but some lists i found new ones,..

you jsut go to the mentioned offset in a hex editor and fiddle with the float values...i think, i doint do much XMB stuff myself since i can't do graphics for the icons

If your really stuck, you can use a PRX editor,

RE: PRX Offset 3.80
in hexworkshop press <ctrl-G> to go to offset, then set the type to hex and put int he number from the first column.  That will put your cursor on that offset.  Now look in the bottom left frame of hexworkshop and you will see a 32bit Float line.  The number to the right is your value.  Double click it and you can set it to what you want.
