Thanks MehHakker and don't cry... no one can defeat me that easily! It still works so I guess they gave me a day of mercy...

I also went to the Phone Company with my mum and wee asked why they can't release our line earlier... the guy there made a big talk but it short he said: "Wee can't release your line earlier because wee can't." without any reason. Good for him that I'm a friendly guy..... if I weren't... well... Try

Seriously I think it can't be technically THAT hard to release a line.. I bet it's only right-click on our number -» release

Interesting update... Wee just got a call from the customer service of our Phone Company, apparently the guy from the shop wee went to called his boss and they called us now. Well they said they will try to free our line in four days but can't promise anything yet.

that's good to hear - but just to let you know, I don't think its anything technical to release the line - I believe its Legal Policy like it is 22 Days here in Spain - 2-5 in the UK, I don't know about Germany, but it could be anywhere in btween.

Well that's better than 3 weeks isn't it....... at least they are actually gonna do it...and the customer service is helpful unlike bulldog and tiscali....

Do you know that I was on unlimited downloads on my ISP (Bulldog Broadband) and then Bulldog got bought by Tiscali and they put a no downloads limit on my internet...and they cut the speed.... without EVEN TELLING ME!!!!!! So I was downloading stuff without knowing all of this and now the bill is up to £50!!! and they didn't even send an email saying that they had bought my ISP or cut my downloads!!!!

Sorry I've probably said that before but it really annoys me!!!

That sucks MehHakker :( I hope you get your stuff sorted out too... I know Tiscali is poo poo, I used them years ago as DialUp, they had huge prices and connection losses all the time...

Good for them in the short term, but will hurt them in the long run. Gaining customer satisfaction is important for that kind of business. Not a great move for them in my opinion.
