PSP C++ IDE v0.8 homebrew application is a PC-based Development Environment designed to help make coding in C++ easier. This application uses -MANIAC-’s Syntax Highlighter DLL  for its syntax.

Though I still don't understand all these C "editors" - there's already professional ones available, such as DevC++ which are way better than these.
