and MG is right, they really don't give a spoon about those cases, that's why theyre out there as just cases.
but if they do happen to catch you taking one from the store, and the manager on duty is a douchebag, you can be charged with shoplifting. but then again, you're under 18 so do what you will now before it actually matters.

Yeah. That's why I have a fool-proof plan. I'm gonna bring just the game in with me, act like I'm perusing the PSP games, quickly swipe a box and put the game in it. Then, I just take that up to the register, ask how much I'd get for the trade-in, act all disappointed when they tell me, then walk out with both my game and the case after saying a polite "well, thanks anyway...."
