The meeting between Rockstar and the Video Appeals Committee will take place in London's The De Vere Hotel, where Rockstar will appeal against the British Board of Film Classification's (BBFC) decision to ban Manhunt 2 in the UK. This was reportedly confirmed by the BBFC.

The publisher will be appealing to get the revised version of Manhunt 2 - which is the same as the one currently being sold in the U.S. - onto UK store shelves. The BBFC rejected the revisions made to the game early last month. Rockstar has also hit some walls stateside, with Target confirming that it has removed Manhunt 2 from its shelves.

Sigh, the world is depressing me more and more every day. Just let people play games. They are games. If the parent is intelligent or informed they can make a reasonable decision on whether they want their kids to have a game or not. If they aren't informed and let their kids do whatever, then the parent should be held responsible, as well as the little prick who can't tell reality from fantasy.

Many people in the UK are in the same boat as me, and most people will play it, illegitimatley if they have to

Rockstar should take the video footage of the saw-in-the-head kill scene to support their case...  

Or maybe the toilet cistern kill scene... That'll help.
