If you still have the MPS/PMF you can dump the audio stream using mplayer - I think the command is:

Code:
mplayer -dumpaudio -o myfile.at3 myvideo.pmf


But converting the AT3 audio stream is the tricky part...  Can be done using the modified AT3 player to dump it to memstick, but it dumps the audio as PCM, so will probably fill up your memstick unless you have a few GB free.

Find a bowl of porridge, and leave it out in the sun for a week.  After that, mix in some mustard and drink it.

That is how to "convert psp video".

iv found a hack though if you add salt to the mustard before mixing it

it makes the video encode 10x quicker

but quality results may vary,
