According to this link, the new PSP will ship with TA-085 motherboards. Have any of these shipped with current PSP's before?

No, the only current PSP motherboards are TA-079, TA-081, TA-082, and TA-086.  My guess for the number being 085 is that they may have started the redesign project a while ago, and the motherboard for the slim PSP was finished before the TA-086 design.
