but there was cwcheat code which can be used to apply these skin to your character (also includes ogre erick, kouta wearin sombrero-like hat, etc)
too bad those codes aren't working anymore due to the CFW/ISO difference
and also i have a hacked savedata with some NPC equipment which includes tsubaki's upgrade parts (mean she is really able to join battle)
