Plum has updated plugin PSP States Menu for PSP.  
PSP States was originally written and released by DaRk_AleX
PSP States Menu provides you a visual menu to create and load savestates for PSP ISO, homebrew ect., as well as providing the new 6.XX compatiblity for newer cfw.
