What's the difference with  flash0 and ctf? which is safer?

CTF is a compilation of files sent to flash0.  It's safer as installing a CTF doesn't actually flash anything.

I actually regret not trying to learn stuff, I've been lurking here since 2010..hahaha.
Can someone convert it to 6.20 please? or is it ok to just drag the CTF to CTF Tool GUI right away?
