With jQuery, you can have everything in a single HTML/PHP file.

Well, it's actually using blogofile, so I'm not even really editing any HTML files. It generates static HTML from templates, which are all Mako (Python template library). See: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21802312/screens...gofile.png
