PSP Video Converter v1.3

Nick Swardh has updated PSPVC to version v1.3. PSP Video Converter for Playstation Portable is a FREE compact GUI tool driven by the ffmpeg and avisynth engines. This release is more of a bugfix release than a feature release. PSPVC should now work alot smother and most importantly, convert videos with an even higher quality.

New in v1.3:

I have a demo version of one of these, but it cuts off half the video. how big is the this one?
