Icon resizing?
What program is best to use for resizing icons?
I'm *trying* to put a theme together (I'm working with the ClearOxygen Theme) and I just want to replace the icons for right now until I know what I'm doing.

RE: Icon resizing?
I use gimp, or paint.net just click the image tab and click image size to shrink or make them bigger.

for gimp its "scale image"
and for paint.net its "resize"

also good luck on your theme, I've tryied but kept running into problems so have gived up for now.

I find gimp easier to use, mostly because I can't figure out how to make layers transparent with paint.net.

Well I already used Gimp to resize my icons, but it's just annoying because it takes forever to open. I guess it's fine then, was just wondering if there's a smaller, quicker program that just re-sizes icons. Thanks anyways.

Ah! if you're looking for speed go for paint.net it loads as fast as mspaint, well maybe slower, but it's still fast.

RE: Icon resizing?
I will keep all my questions in this thread to keep from making a number of different ones.
Would anyone happen to know how to make an icon change colors (and slowly, if possible)?
I want to have the original PSN icon change from it's blue color to black, and keep changing over and over.
Actually I'm not sure if that's even possible...does anyone know?
