With the New SOTW now underway, I've went and updated the rules to make things as self-explanatory as possible.

These updated rules will take effect starting with Week 2 of the New SOTW and will be STRICTLY enforced.

And yes, there will be a link to the rules in the first post of every week's competition, so no excuses!
