Disorders are no excuse. I regularly tell people with ADHD (in my opinion, an overdiagnosed disorder) to "sit the f**k down, shut the hell up, and pay attention". It is obeyed, especially when I have my raegface on.
And online conduct is not exempt from this rule. No "my little brother did it", or "my cat downloaded that child hershey kisses". It was you, and the banhammer shall not be lifted.
I wish I was there. I would have whopped the pocky on the head with an inflatable hammer as he walked out.
