i just signed up for an account for the lol's and having a browse of it now... what does this boast to have that a local library doesn't?

the libary is huge, i may look into a premium account XD

Hmmmm it doesn't seem to have any Japanese music :/
Well the music loads instantly and the library is vast. It like Itunes except you don't have to pay to listen to more than 30 seconds. It does have adverts every 10 songs or so though. But other than that it's great!

i think i will use it for when i find a song i want to listen to but can't be assed to get it from my sources or if someone is using my PC/laptop and want's to listen to a song i don't have but i have most the music i want
