Anyone used Glovepie before?
I am trying to emulate the keyobard using a joystick (for playing a game that doesn't work with my joystick (long story, cba to write out the whole thing)

I can make it emulate the mouse easily enough,  but i can't assign the joypax axis to the wasd keys, or the arrows, or the numpad arrows. I'll be honest, i don't quite understand how you can assign axis to buttons that don't use them, but its supposedly do-able

All the google examples are for making wiimotes work with different apps, and don't give me any insight whatsoever unfortunatley. I can map everything else on the joystick just fine, and its kinda annoying me as the game im doing this for just doesn't work well with a keyboard.

Not too sure about glove pie but i use my 360 pad for all my games on my pc. I use xpadder which is by far the easiest I've ever use for mapping keys. For example i use the right analoge for the mouse and right trigger for left mouse button, left for...(u get my drift) also for games like unreal, emulators, etc... I tried using glove pie but I got bored of having to do so much reasearch to get it to work.

Here is my setup for unreal

Yeah, i have xpadder aswell, but for the game im setting it up for, xpadder doesn't work, since the game detects my joystick whenever i press a button, and assumes its player 2 (it can't use the joystick however, just detect it) damn Lego indiana Jones

I used Xpadder to set up oblivion on my joystick which is kinda awesome, but its just LIJ i can't do...meh, guess I'll have to wait for a patch to fix it since i have been at it all day unsuccessfully :@

Thanks for trying to help anyway

That's strange. I was sure it would work. What game are you trying to use it with?
