I haven't watched the whole series yet, but "Beyond the Grave" (old Brandon Heat) from Gungrave is pretty badass. But view that might change, since I haven't seen the whole thing yet.

Yeah that's because its based off the Fate route minus all the extra scenes and such which help you know the character better.
Fate's Saber was all obsessed about protecting her Master and fighting his battles whereas UBW has some tinge of that but she is also shown as a good friend with Rin and Shiro. HF's Saber I'm not surw about but it makes no difference since well...
