Not too sure if it works if you don't have a TV tuner, but try this:
Open MPC, File » Open Device. In the Country listbox, scroll down to #53...

Yeah... apparently you can get TV there...
(By the way, also available on most other TV tuner applications)

I don't think you can pick up anything - it's just the fact that it's there.

@matchung: You need a TV tuner for it to be of any use...

nice find. just goes to show that microsoft programmers are all crackheads. or maybe its a conspiracy. maybe the american government told microsoft to put guantanamo bay on the list so people assumed it was a real country, not just a legalised american torture chamber.

Actually MPC isn't coded by Microsoft.

I believe the list is a "standard" list - ie, the options are the same in other country lists.
In other words, Guantanamo Bay has it's own TV stations :P (and apparently, wee're given the option of knowing it?)
