Mr. Shizzy made a dynamic Paper Mario theme and Tsenda ported it to 6.60. I think this is it. Found it on wololo, but the preview is dead.

Yea, I found that on wololo earlier. It's the theme I'm currently using, but ironically enough its of Super Paper Mario for the Wii, my least favorite in the series. Anyway, I'm still hoping that slyboogy27 makes his theme, as his initial psd preview looks fantastic.
