Buggy how? Ive never had any problems with it. I find its the best cause its totally free.
Haven't really tried too hard, but on 4.9 (dunno if the latest 4.9.2 has fixed it), you can get an access violation by simply opening a 7z archive, double-clicking on some file inside, closing it, then backing out of the archive using the backspace key.
Other small issues like it being rather unresponsive, compared to 7-Zip, or just rather frequent window redraws make it seem not as polished as other tools out there.

However, it's definitely usable and has a LOT of features (in fact, I'd say they probably focused more on features than on polish).  It's probably also the nicest UI for making .arc files, so it's definitely something I'm going to follow.

Heheheheheh

Said to be more efficient than 7-Zip, doesn't have much support though, and I don't even know if the format is stable.  I'm thinking about using it to archive some things.

RE: WinRAR 5
Anyone hear anything of jZip? Essentially it sounds like just a front-end for 7-Zip. What  can't find out is what version of 7-zip it is based on (version 4.55).

RE: WinRAR 5
Anything good about jZip?
I searched their website.  Apart from some vague marketing blabble, I don't actually see how it's supposed to be even different than 7-Zip.

RE: WinRAR 5
As far as I can tell, it's just trying to be a user-friendly 7zip with a cleaner GUI. No x64 version either.
