Here is an alternative to the first patch used to make the game playable:

---How to patch The 3rd Birthday using Iso Tool 1956---

1. First copy and paste the b-3rdbirth.iso to the ISO folder on the root of your memory stick.

2. Place the auto_cfw folder from the extracted patch files on the root of your memory stick.

3. Go to the seplugins folder located where you extracted the patch files, and copy all contents APART from game.txt to

your psp's seplugins folder. (only copy the game.txt file if you have NO PLUGIN'S).

4. Open the game.txt and copy the "ms0:/seplugins/peagasus.prx 1" into your PSP's seplugins game.txt and save, this will

prevent it from overwriting your game.txt .

5. Finally navigate back to the place where you extracted the patch files, go into the folder called PSP/GAME and copy

Iso_Tool to your PSP/GAME folder.

6. Run Iso_Tool from the XMB. Press X to "Decrypt EBOOT.BIN" (no need to make a backup), then "Apply Version Patch".

7. Now select "Patch Prometheus" and choose "Prometheus V4".

8. Exit the application and enjoy your newly patched ISO.
