So this is the deal. I killed lady Astrea (spelled wrong I know). She summons garl vinland to fight you but I stood on the cliff and killed her with arrows. Got the trophy and then shot garl to lure him away. I jump off the cliff and landed in water. Slowly made it to the archstone and picked up her soul only for garl to run up and kill before I can use the nexus stone. I picked up her soul a split second before he kill me and it took her soul and her item from me there is no way to get them back. Items I need are gone forever so now I have to start over again. It's fudgeing bullspoon. Lol oh well.

after you kill her, he suppose to commit suicide himself.

by the way, kill that Biorr of the twin fang before he help you with the blue dragon, get his armor set.because after that he disappear for no reason.
Load your current game mean quit and load it again i assume. (quit as in press start, the right-est tab and quit game, not the ps button)

i took on Garl himself, wasn't too hard :P


another useful trick:
when you die, quickly hold PS button and quit the game, then come back. this worked for me 98% of the times. except the poison, the goddamn poison! because when you load again, you will just die by the same thing =/

game auto save when you change your equip or randomly when you pick something up, passing a certain point in the game. also before entering a fog.

it turn back time to a nearest check point, so you never died? :P

check point is usually before you attack monsters. so you will be safe to think of another strategy.
