Pantech Matrix C740 PC Sync Problem
Punk777E Wrote:It seems that my new Pantech C740 Matrix can't connect to my PC running Vista Home Basic. I have the data cable and it charges, but i can't seem to get my computer to be able to transfer anything. I have a 8GB SD card that works on the phone but i can't put anything on it. Well rather than my problem being my phone apparently I'm not the only one. Seems that a couple people have been having problems with the Matrix on multiple Operating Systems, so well i can't use Active Sync for vista which i don't even know if it works so? Now I have been using this beloved phone for days and now i can't use any MP3 capabilities as of it won't connect to my PC. Please if any of you have dealt with this before than please tell me how to make it work. If not then I'm gonna have to make this personal, DO NOT TELL ME TO GOOGLE IT AS I HAVE ALREADY!

If i had a camera other than the one on my phone i would show you, but as I do not
