Error when d/l'ing 3.60 themes?

Error when d/l'ing 3.60 themes?
Why is it that I get this error when i try to d/l 3.60 themes?

I can get any other theme, and even the 3.60 md5's, but not the actual themes themselves...

i like 3.60 M33... what's the deal?

Looks like the permissions went haywire or something...
