can't make pandora mem stick

can't make pandora mem stick
i lost my memory stick for pandora ages ago and i can't find it anywhere. and my friend said he needs me to downgrade his psp so i said so happily cause i knew he wernt the person hu upgrades his psp but the prick did and its 3.52 and now i need pandora to downgrade but every time i try running CMD in my upstairs comp which is XP pro it restarts its self could someone help me

Try this. You'll need 1.50, 3.40 and 3.71 eboots to get things together. It works well.

UPMS Installer (Universal Pandora Memory Stick)

but you will need access to a homebrew psp to run the CSO to create the memory stick. I don't feel like typing everything the package does but it will create what you need and more!
