RE: homebrew won't work
It might be a few things.
1 what folder are the games in 1.50 kernel or 3.40 make sure the settings are right in recovery and you have them in the right folder.
2 disable autorun programs at psp/game/boot/eboot.pbp.see if thet helps.:)

I'm putting it in 1.50 kernal. how do u acess the recovery settings? and to disable the autorun thing, do u just make a folder called boot and a file called eboot.pbp?

Turn the PSP completely off, then hold down the R shoulder button while you turn it on again. From here, you are in the Recovery menu :yipi:
Go to "Configuration" and make sure the psp/game/boot/eboot.pbp thingy is thingied.

RE: homebrew won't work
k, i downloaded it. BUT the website is down, or non existant. This means taht i can't unlock it's full potential. Also, i can't do the USB host thing cause it didn't come with any drivers. So right now, this program is worthless.

RE: homebrew won't work
well, irshell doesn't have full compatibility on 3.40 oe-a, only on 2.71 kernel
you'd have to get IE for that
