^ Yes, tweaking can make your videos decode faster. It means potentially less system overhead and less decoder overhead.
If your system isn't bloated though, there probably isn't a big scope for increase...

Got a laptop here and it sucks..has dual core 1.8ghz??, 1gb ram, dunno the video card...sucks cause of vista..

also I don't care if the decoding takes 1 day...I always keep my pc open.
