The Brisbane chain of libraries has a fair bit of anime, some manga (never really looked), but PC games are mostly either the puzzle type or educational games.
The annoying thing about these discs is that a number of them are scratched.

I don't think wee have _any_ console games at the library.

My dad said the library by him rents PSP UMD movies.
