One of the most popular homebrew used for viewing manga on the PSP hasn't been updated for over a year, but it seems that pensoffsky is back!

PeP-Viewer is an Image viewer for the Sony PSP.
It is optimized to work with mangas and comics.

What is new?
  • the resolution limitation for JPEGs and PNGs were removed
  • there is a new pre-cache feature that lowers the delay between switching pages
  • GUI improved
  • some new options in Config
  • a lot of small changes i don't remember now
