EDIT: interestingly, the site says it isn't OC'd... though they tend to stick the Zalman fan on their OC versions, weird.
Both your links lead to the same page...
Anyway, I checked MSI myself, my brother's card has the standard heatsink, so that rules 1 of the 3 cards out.
I find 8xAA good enough for almost all cases.

Got it today, installed it, and as expected, everything works fine now (including the 1.5TB HDD; that will save all my storage woes I've been having recently for a while).
Good thing - fan is quiet, though I didn't try to listen hard or anything (PC on a whole does seem to be a tad bit louder than before when I unplugged the GPU fan), so no more downclocking bullchocolate - yay!
Not so good thing - performance improvement over the 4670 is really small. Tried Crysis on Very High settings, 1024x768 with no AA and I get around 20-30fps. Playable, but that's about it really. Expected around >30fps for that, especially for a 2+ year old game...
And this Samsung 1.5TB HDD has the annoying clicking startup issue: Source: YouTube
