PS3 broke for the 3rd time
Nooooo my ps3 broke for the 3rd time. Grr
I was watching a movie and my unit just turned off. I turned it back on and 2 minutes later it did it again. I went to turn it on again and nothing. The light just turns green yellow red, then flashes red. Sony is gonna charge me 148 bucks to fix my 40gb....

Shouldd I do it??

anyways... I don't think it's worth it... with a price that's as high as half of a new ps3, you mind as well just get a new one...

i'd do this

the Other OS option on PS3 is good, but the PS3's 512MB of RAM is a limiting factor for linux.

the later versions use more refined and optimised designs, making them more reliable. i myself have a 60GB launch day, and it hasn't broken, i just hope it never does Ahhyes
