So that's inbuilt redundancy, 2TB storage, fast SSD seeks, 1.3 / 1.2GB/sec read/writes, and some potential for upgrades.  Is limited by the number of PCIe x8/x16 slots you have on board though, and the SSD probably still has the issue of dying after many writes.
Probably need to sell your car if you want this, but for anyone interested, this is something.

I kinda was interested in the I-RAM actually, but no-one seemed to really like it.  Also 4GB can't compare with 2TB that's also non-volatile :P
