Yeah its bean around 2 years since I've watch it in our local stations with Tagalog Dubbed, and so far as i say is it was neatly done in terms of dubbing, but meh, its not related with my review with the anime, lol
I've been fond of anime cooking shows that have been shown in our country (First anime cooking show I've watched is Cooking Master Boy, an "iron chef" like anime, but seem unfinished).
Yakitate Japan takes it differently, when they mixed spoofs of anime, and cooking lessons for bread baking, Yes, its all about bread making, and I've enjoyed watching it from the start to finished. Ive remember ive learned how to cook bread using microwave oven by this anime, lol
