It looks like all the principle characters from the first movie are back in their super-demon-possession-rabies-infected forms, including Manu the bald fireman (who still has his hammer, it seems) and the little girl whose dog started the infection. It'll be interesting to see if wee get a look at zombie Angela or zombie Pablo (her cameraman), or if wee'll see more from Patient 0, the infected little boy, or the owner of the penthouse, who was the emaciated zombie with the claw hammer at the end of the first one, who wee only saw through night vision.
