I must say I'm quite impressed with the game, the graphics are really good for a free game, the driving is a good balance between simulation and arcade and the races itself are very fun too. There are different game modes, even a Capture the Flag and Nascar style mode, also I have experienced no lags so far.
You can also upgrade and tune your car and of course buy new ones. To advance further you even have to take License Tests.  

The selection of parts and cars is still slim but that's because the game is 3 months old from what I read, new stuff is added constantly.

If you like GranTurismo or racing in general, you should take a look
