^^i hav an extra duo3 , i paid 30$ a year or so a go. its still sealed id selll it 4 20$+s/h...  though like i alredy said...it, just like all other ps2 mod chip are for the experienced soldierer ...i would not suggest this mod to u unless you feel comfortable soldiering to the motherboard about 20 times....you could probably buy a new disk drive for the same cost and that's pretty simple to install.... maybe a friend has a broken ps2 u could use for parts..
