Many premium RS members are pissed at the premium changes.  From what I can tell, HF has a better premium system, or something like that.
HF does give you the option of using a download manager on free though (can copy link).

Frankly as long as I'm not stopped from downloading after paying what, €7 a month then I'm happy.

My last "top-up" lasted a month and a half so no complaints here, though I'm not downloading an awful lot...

In terms of annoyances...
Nothing > popup ads (like 1) => captcha => short (less than 1 minute) waits before download > popup ads (more than 2) >>>> Long waits between downloads >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> annoying bullshit like ShareCash.

Hotfile isn't too bad, i use it most of the time to download small files. (130mb<) and get good speed, unless you use it to dl games and movies.
