v 0.3 changes:
Feature: Blacklisting: force specific threads to not load certain files from override or ctf. Included ignore.txt prevents the web browser from rendering pages with custom fonts.
Feature: Directory independence; cxmb's folder is the same folder containing the .prx, instead of being hardcoded to 'ms0:/cxmb'.
Feature: Logging verbosity controlled by 'loglevel.txt'
Fix: sleep mode no longer breaks read/lseek on overrides, thus XMB no longer crashes and burns when returning when waking up with font replacements.
