its not starting on my 3.30 oe it just hangs
i actually want to use the universal remote in it

Do you have the IRSHELL folder on the root?

There should be a folder that is just called IRSHELL, it has to go into the root of the MS. There are other folders that go into the GAME folder, I can't remember what they are called but I think that they are already in folders called PSP>GAME when you extract them. There should also be a readme or installation instructions included.

ir shell should come with 3 folder, irshell and irshell% go in PSP/GAME150 and the IRSHELL folder goes on the root of your memory stick. so pertty much the same thing peacefully said.
