How should you order stuff in RCO
I have a question about RCOs. What is the bst way to order RCO resources? I'm talking about like in the topmenu_icon.rco. What is the best order for icons? Should you group all the shadows, focuses, and body images, or group it based upon order accessed in the XMB. I was wondering if reordering the RCO might prevent corruption.
Yes I know you could care less, but my avatar is actually a picture of my PSP.

I mean what's the best way to order images and other data in RCOs to prevent the PSP from not loading the icon - where a black or transparent silhouette is loaded instead.

For the ImageTree, personally haven't noticed any difference with the order, but haven't really tested.  Maybe if you can find some ordering scheme that Sony uses?

It really is sort of random. It's like they group the body, focus, and shadows for the settings but then Sony doesn't for 1Seg and a few others. It's very confusing. I'll keep looking.

It's probably random then.  I can't really see it mattering that much anyway - all references in the RCO are pointers, and there's a hash table for PRX referencing, so order doesn't seem to really have any importance for image/sound/model data.
