Hmm, P43/P45 motherboards cost around the same - probably get one of those instead.

Bit poo poo that all of them only have one Ethernet port - can't really connect to ADSL and a LAN at the same time without buying new equipment >_>
Otherwise, the MSI one looks a bit lacking in features, the 2nd Gigabyte one I probably won't get, so it's between the ASUS and the cheaper Gigabyte one then...
