Oh, I had seen the "text position x main" and thought it moves the "game", "photo", "music", etc. If it moves the "Memory Stick" then that solves that problem.
What about vertical movement along the y-axis? I'm guessing it can't be done? I see that there is a "Text position Y Main text" that moves the "game", "photo", "music" titles.

You can edit the spacing in the paf between the icons. But for vertical open up the top_menu_plugin.rco using rco editor. Go to the text data and press shift+enter or ctrl+enter to create new lines. Note creating too many new lines can give you missing text on some aspects of your theme.
