PHOTOSHOP FOR PSP!!!!!!

well not exactly...but kinda the same...with things taken out so you can edit your pics on the PSP!!!!!

C&C
I think there were some paint applications.

Otherwise, painting with the analogue stick...  Hmm...

Still, Photoshop is developed by hundreds (if not thousands) of skilled programmers getting paid for it, and over a period of many years.  Any attempt by a single homebrew coder or even a small group of coders will get nowhere near what Photoshop is, unfortunately.
well basically all i think would be good would be the basics....even just the option to open your own picture up would be good...
I think there were a few painting programs around?

I have NPaint or whatever by NIGathan but I think this would be quite a cool idea myself......
Maybe port an old windows photoshop version!!?
And use analog to control pointer and square as first mouse button and cross as second mouse button
up and down arrows for scroll wheel,.. Whooooiiii!!

Here is an other great homebrew idee,.. port the Dungeon Keeper 1 windows game to PSP.! whooooiii

Lalalalalala i would know how,. that's why i like this topic!!
Porting requires source code.
As far as I know, Photoshop's source code isn't public.

Plus, porting isn't that easy for such a large project either - you'd have to change all the Windows API calls to something compatible to the PSP.  And of course, the PSP doesn't have as comprehensive an API as Windows does, meaning you'd have to write a lot of things from scratch...

Oh and does Photoshop even run well on a 333MHz computer with 32MB RAM?

@MehHakker: Yeah, it's an interesting idea, definitely.  Unfortunately, not much can be done though...

well i thought i asked because i am playing a ported Quake version on my PSP and iam very impressed because the game works 100% and its great phun,.
Don't think Quake source code can be found for download either,. ;P

Photoshop on the PSP why not,.!? scratch disks on memorystick.

333MHz should be efficient for a early photoshop release maybe photoshop 6!?

imposible/posible,.!?
I'm not sure if the Quake for PSP is a Doom WAD?

Either case, Quake and Doom were made for DOS, which is much simpler than Windows, plus they were smaller anyway, so much easier to port.
