doh!
Ah well, I just thought I would post it here since it appeared that not many people knew how to do it.
Sorry to sound like a newb. I have to admit, I am relatively new to PSP. I've only had one since February. ;P
But isn't modifying vshmain.prx dangerous? I coulda sworn I read somewhere that if that prx gets corrupted, you can't even boot into recovery mode.
^Not on OE. Perhaps the 1.50 CFWs.
In OE, vshmain.prx isn't part of the subset, so you'll always be able to go into recovery. I've totally stuffed up the PRX before, and recovered fine. BUT don't do it on 1.50 :P

^Not on OE.

0x35578: xmenu X
0x37DE4: Hold shadow Y
0x37DF0: Hold Y
0x37DF4: Mute Shadow Y
0x37E00: Mute Y

Good work! ^.^
I think that's the first discovery of the position of xmenu y. O.O
AWESOME! Now the xmb can stay in one position now permanently since wee got X and Y?
Sorry for the nOOb question, I've never done any HEX editing ever! I've worked out that using RCO Editor 1.13 the XMB size won't revert back to original if I change the Stretch to say, 0.7 x 0.7 instead of Object Scale to -200, but I'm completely lost on retaining the X & Y position...
I've d'loaded Hex Workshop, but don't know where to get a "decrypted 3.40 vshmainpprx"?
Please help
Wow Sweet, hopefully someone will be able to figure out the Text in the menu positions.
I don't think I'm gonna mess around with a hex editor just yet, play with it some but failed horribly. Oh well Thank god for OE firmware =D
