%^^ i doubt that but i am not sure,.. the only video prx offset i used was the alpha channel of unselected icon's in control panel,. so i did't have to use glow icon's,.
Do you really need to move the control panel,.!?

I want to move all the icons in separately.

i looked at the msvideo rco and in pagedata there are positions for all the icons (havent had a chance to change any of them)

then i searched through paf/pafmini/vshmain/msvideo prx for some of the numbers in there and couldnt find any.  :(

Skyfox did not change the video player?  Only music player and maybe photo.

SO try changing those positions in the rco. if you havent already.
