Is it a mac?
If so then yes, if it's a normal PC no.
If you are going to try running a hacked version of OSX then you better have the same chipset, cpu type and all other hardware as they appear in macs as that's the only kit it supports.
iv seen loads of vids with people running it on pc's built for xp and vista i juss need to know if my cpu is sse2 or sse3 compatiable

Your CPU is a bit slow but will work just fine. You really need more RAM, but again should work for most things. Now, for you video card, The NV drivers (hacked) do work, but lack 3D, Quartz Extreme and Core Image graphics.
To run a hacintosh, ATI cards are the best, because no hacked driver is needed, also your sound card, network card and/or wifi might not work.

You will never need more than 2GB ram to run any OS. 2GB is plenty.
And the CPU is good enough.
