same here, so by the way m33 said , if someone else uses there cfw, without there ok, will maybe get sued?, i always thought cfw was free from the devs that create it, as well as homebrew???
They mean that other team have been developing firmware based on there work. There firmware is free for you to use, but that doesn't give anyone the right to copy it.

By the way, who leaked the OE code in the first place?
the pope, who else could have done it
oh wait, the ps3news a$$holes
Edit: m33 can't sue AOP, but one thing for sure, they will protect all their work by encrypting it
I doubt PS3News could have. First thing, how would they have even got their hands near the sourcecode?

actaully...yea they did. "Somehow" (atleast this is what members of wildc*rd are saying) ps3news hacked into wildc*rd's PM's from maxconsole and leaked all the code they had in their private SVN server...yes, very f*cked up.
Loolz, whoever fudges with m33 would always get embarrassed in public.
(eg. AOP)

Maxconsole got hacked? If so, the site admins of Maxconsole should at least contact the hosts PS3News are running on.
All I know is that I saw the leak on PS3news' forum
It had everything.
It even had some interesting functions concerning RCOs...
all I know is that it got leaked/
